All of the dogs used in our breeding program are top quality show dogs. They are currently winning  RESERVE BEST IN SHOW as well as BEST IN SHOW with many different clubs in both Canada and the United States. They have wonderful Thai Ridgeback temperaments and type. I couldn't ask for better representatives of this breed for pets as well as working and show dogs.

Urban Legends' puppies are fully registered, have a Genetic health warranty, a health certificate, vaccinations, deworming, the very best of socialization and early training is also provided to each and every puppy. All  puppies are raised inside my home so they have a lot of contact with people (and other dogs when old enough).

I work with the buyers to MATCH the puppy with the best possible family, training experience, and activity level of your home. Not every puppy is right for every family.

I am looking for puppy buyers who want more than just a yard dog. My puppies are  COMPANIONS, part of their new family, socialized in training classes, fed a premium diet, spayed/neutered if pets, sleep in the home with the family, and either on leash or in a fenced yard. I expect that both my pet puppies and show puppies will truly be members of their new families.

 Puppies leave to go to their new homes at  8-11 weeks, after a series of tests and evaluations. All pet puppies are spayed/neutered before they leave our care or placed on a spay neuter contract. This is to avoid our breed becoming poorly bred by "accidental" breedings. Early spay/neuter also takes the cost, responsibilty and worry over having the spay or neuter done later by the new puppy owner. I require a contract to be signed before you pick up your new puppy. Contracts are designed to protect the puppy buyer, seller as well as the puppy. I also like to ask a few questions of my potential puppy families to get to know them better and have an application that must be completed and approved before I accept a deposit for a puppy.

I prefer that buyers come here and meet the entire litter,  parent(s), and other relatives, but circumstance and long distances sometimes prevent this. I will send pictures as well as discriptions of the puppies that I feel would be best suited for your family. Buyers may decide on a puppy from those, or are welcome to come to my home and pick their pup in person.
